Cypress animation
Now this is something special. The attempt here was to demonstrate my ability to simulate pooring water, particulary fountain. I had simulation data from before and it was to good to just render on simple colored backround. So I began to look for something ancient or classical architectural space. And I found this sponza model. Which is known to every one since the birth of Vray. You can download it here. I made it wider, added sky light, rendered and exerсised some Roman color grading:)
This project is an attempt to create cypress type of conifer. Usidng different tools for generating vegetation I've come to find that creating this kind of conifer treecan be really challenging. The reason behind that is a need to introduse complex needle structure that cypress has. It is very different from pine where needles can be done by geometry because of simplicity of a structure. The answer is to combine texture for needles and geometry for branches
Sea water simulation
This is an RND project with the purpose to create realistic sea water with interaction with floating objects. The simulation was done using Phoenix FD and rendered with V-ray. Often it is seen the animation with water and boats include no bottom. I've found that adding even a simple plane underneath the water surface will add desired shallow sea bottom effect to the scene
Dressing cloth simulation
Here is simulation of cloth on an moving charater. It was done outside of 3ds Max using Marvelous Designer software
Underwater environment
This is RND project with the goal to introduse underwater invironment as realistic as possible. Result I found quite satisfying
Droplet simulation
This project is an attempt to createdrop of liquid falling down the surface of glass. Video will be presented shortly
Cloth modeling
This project is an attempt to create the most detailed cloth 3d model possible. Just for fun:)
